Shipping Policy:

• We offer reliable shipping within 6-9 business days across the globe.
• A fee could possibly be required to be paid to the national postal service depending on the post/nation for the package to pass customs and enter your specific location. 

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are not available.
• Customers are encouraged to thoroughly check their items before payment to ensure they are fully satisfied with their purchase.

Exchange Policy:

• If the kits are too small or too big, we offer an exchange service.
• A 15% fee of the total order will apply for the exchange.
• Upon exchange, the customer will return the kit that didn't fit and receive the correct size.

Cancellation Policy:

• If a customer cancels or refuses to accept the product upon delivery, the amount spent on shipping and other fees will be deducted and paid to the courier.
• We kindly ask customers to confirm their orders to avoid unnecessary complications.
